Today I have mostly...
Time for firsts today: my first supernumerary - ie training - shift for my nursing assistant role at UBHT, and my first time participating in a TV programme.
My ward was an elderly rehab ward, like my favourite ward at Salisbury hospital, so was work I was used to - I got into it really well I felt, good fun and busy.
Then straight from there and a change of uniform to film Casualty as a St John Ambulance first aider. I had a very important part of handing Luke a bit of paper, blink and you'll miss me!
